Mike and I have been looking for a bigger place to move into that is closer to his new job and cheaper than where we are now. We found this place in South Park (not the TV series, the neighborhood) and we REALLY want it. The owner looked up my website when I emailed him about it. So just in case he looks again, I am posting these top 10 Reasons Why We Should Be Their New Neighbors.
10) On Halloween, Mike carves a great jacko.
9) We will not be having wild parties. Unless you count the "She Pooped!" celebration we have every third day.
8) We only have one car! None of this two car business. I mean what are the chances that thieves will get BOTH cars? With one already gone, we think we're safe.
7) Neither one of us has ever been evicted. ...From a residence.
6) You and your wife can come over and view my spectacular Wardrobe of Things I Don't Wear that grows monthly.
5) You can rest assured that neither one of us are illegal aliens or will be smuggling any illegal aliens into our household.
4) Charity. Do you know how small our place is now?? Have mercy.
3) No pets. Although I sometimes call August "Puppy", she is not a puppy. She doesn't even bark.
2) You can ask any of our previous roommates. We are both clean freaks.
