Oh What A Tangled Web We Weave

17 · Apr · 2006

Yesterday I heard from one of the members of the I Hate Penny Rene Club.

See his/her comment HERE.

I have this writer friend who used to use his rejection letters from publications to wallpaper his wall by his desk. Interesting guy. Hi Jared! Anyway, he was proud of his collage and I admired him because, let's face it, he was at least trying to get published. At that time I was merely storing most of my writing in my bedroom in case someone else had the guts to try to publish it if I died in an interesting freak accident.

I'm way over any fear that comes from discovering that there are people out there who become vicious when they hear an opinion opposite thier own. What I will never get over is that some of those people take the time to read my website for the sole purpose of trying to find something to give me grief about. Now that is just freaky.

PS - "privilaged"? You sure you got the right white girl, John?

I'm so glad that I have to "privilage" (ha ha) of knowing who you really are. I love that you speak your mind. Most people just talk shit. Keep it up Penny, you know I love everything you have to say, even when I don't agree with it.
