My former self ( Before Meeting Mike and before learning how to use my camera)
When I first moved to San Diego, I lived in an empty apartment on A Street, maybe a mile from where I am now. Every Saturday I woke to the sound of Mariachi music played by my neighbors and every time I left my apartment I dealt with the smell of home cooked meals sneaking around every corner coupled with the chatter and clanking sounds of families at dinnertime.
33 years of traveling around the world in search of the life that fit me had all come down to this.
