I was just thinking to myself: "Larry, what can you buy Penny that will show my appreciation for the fabulous friend that she has been over these past (gulp) 9 years?" I guess you answered my question! Give me time to get the money ;) Seriously though, this is an awesome house.

Just remember if you bought that house here it would be in the $1 to $2 million range. The beauty of buying a house is living off Ramen noodles and peanut butter anyways, right?
