There is one area of my life in which I embrace Pink.
Pink Floyd
A couple weeks ago the aformentioned Uncle Bill and his family were over to hang with August and eat. (Two hobbies of ours) Not only did Bill and Aunt Sheryl and cousin Melissa lead a rousing rendition of Old MacDonald, Bill and Melissa later lulled my baby to sleep performing Dark Side of the Moon.
Nice.

August is so lucky that she gets to be around so much family! My mom is seriously considering moving out here, she put a resume together and everything. It's strange how I never thought how much I wanted my family around until I realized that there was the possibility that Sophia would not be able to grow up around any of them. Puts things in an entirely different perspective.....
