Hey. I know you are here. I see your little eyes checking out my website, lurking like some peeping Tom, but never leaving comments or emailing me. You, my friend, are BUSTED.
I was really excited to get this website up because it meant that much my writing would be in one place instead of 3 different blogs. Also, I didn't have to maintain a gazillion emails out to my MILK MEMO mailing list. This way, you guys could come here, read at your leisure and share a comment, not just with me, but with each other.
But a weird thing is happening. You are reading and replying to the notification email instead of posting a comment. Or, you are reading and standing over to the side as if your thoughts are too precious or private or lewd to post. Or maybe you are falling asleep at the keyboard. I'm not sure...
Is my automatic email notification going to your Junk Mail? Then add me to your address book or mark me as "safe" or unjunk me or whatever.
Don't get me wrong. I LOVE getting emails from my friends. But most of them that I receive are witty or full of good thoughts or advice and I want to share it with the other readers. Should I do it anyway? Repost your email because I like it? Will you get pissed?
Do you just want to get the Milk Memo notification and not the Blog notification? Let me know. I will try to get cracking on a new milk memo. Until then, did you see THESE? And there are these NASHVILLE ones.
Or there's the ones from ALABAMA. Just wondering. I mean, as long as you're stopping by, you may as well read something besides this page.

I haven't been replying via e-mail-- I do use the comment section. From a past experience, I realize anything controversial may be misconstrued as antagonistic or inappropriate. It is difficult to communicate as well via computer screen, than verbally (well, for me anyway!). Have learned from this and now reply to things that I don't think will be upsetting. My bad! Don't stop doing what you do-- I read it all (sometimes it takes a while, but I do!). You are gifted and I love your perspective on motherhood! Lead the way, Pennah!
